Double stacking shims for pinion angle

Figured this was a good place to ask. Anyone ever double stacked wedges to adjust pinion angle towards the diff? One 6 deg is not cutting it. Still having vibrations. So I stuffed another 2.5 deg shim between the axel and spring. Worried it may try to spit out the middle wedge. Does have a bolt through it but hole is larger than the top wedge. Centering pin is all lined up.

So far no issues but only put 20 miles on it. Maybe weld them together???

Not a 3rd gen ram but you do have leafs. Hoping for some experience good or bad.
