Driver side door

Went to leave for work this morning and my driver door would not open from the outside but the door opens from the inside. The remaining 3 doors do open properly, All doors lock and unlock including the door i'm having the issue with. We have had some cold weather so thought maybe it was froze, Drove the truck to work got out and shut the door and tried to reopen but no luck.

Its a 2014 by the way.
