Ok, I was trying to set the memory seats to each fob. I some how disabled the passive entry for the driver's door. If I have it enabled the passenger door works fine but cannot open the drivers door by grabbing the handle. I have reset it several times in the EVIC and it still does not work. I have tired both key fobs and both only work on the passenger door.

stupid question but is your fob in the same pocket as your cell phone, I had issues a few times, started keeping the fob in other pocket and been fine ever since, ive heard of a few people having fob not detected when trying to start truck parked in areas with high radio wave frequencies or "busy signal area"

im not sure if this will work in your case but i had this happen and after locking and unlocking the door a few times with the fob it seemed to reset itself. i also let it go and after about two days it just fixed itself. yes had this happen twice but the one time was i remote started the truck and let it shut off before i got in causing the passive entry to quit working.

Update: I didn't have anything else with the key fob. The great hing is that he next morning I attempted to remote start but that didn't work either. When I got in the truck I noticed that the EVIC said something about remote start disabled, start engine to reset. After that I realized that the drivers passive entry worked!! So I had to check to make sure. Got out, locked the door with the button on the handle and it locked! So I grabbed the handle and it unlocked!! Now to get the error in the 8.4AN radio and I should be good. The radio is jumping to AUX and back to radio. Read that here is a TSB on this issue and that it is the media hub causing the problem.

I will be dropping mine off in a few weeks. To temporary make it stop I bought a cable for the AUX jack. Just having that in there has stopped it from jumping back and forth between radio and AUX.
