DRL and Alfa OBD

Anyone in salt lake that has this that would like to turn my ram truck DRL on and give me a quick tutorial to see if it’s worth purchasing? I don't have android device; I run all windows so I would also need to purchase an android device.

Here's a guy that charges $20 to change whatever codes you want. I haven't used him yet but I'm thinking about it. He's from Mtn. Green so connecting with him in SLC has been a little bit of a scheduling issue for me as I live in Eagle Mountain. Here's the link to his KSL listing:

They have a windows version and android. So you could use a windows laptop/surface. Otherwise the Alfaodb thread has a spreadsheet and many people could help. You'd need the odb2 dongle but I turned mine on along with the led/camera oem cargo 3rd brake light and once inside the software, it wasn't as bad as I thought.
