I bought the OBDGenie to activate my DRL's and I love them, very bright even in full sunlight, wish I had done this months ago. I recently turned the headlight switch to the parking light/fog setting and noticed they didn't turn off, they allow me to have the DRL's with fog lights. They do turn off when you turn the knob all the way to headlights.

Does the dealer activated lights allow fogs too?

Thanks, I’m really happy I did this. I did have to spend some $$ but it was worth it to not have the frustration of going to multiple dealers and try and convince them it can be done.

Nice! I think i will be getting one of these. Do you know if this Can be used on multiple vehicles? I would like to get it and pass it to a few friends with rams so they could get theirs turned on as well.

No it’s married to the vehicle just like a tuner

Ah that's a bummer, still worth it imho. Saves me the hassel/stress of convincing a dealer to do it.

How's the light output on that single row?

Well this is the first light bar I have ever owned and to me it’s really bright, it’s rated at 12,000 lumen. I use it everyday, the company I work for is more like a compound with a private road and it’s a very dark road with wild cats, opossum, raccoons, rabbits and coyotes that love to run in front of my truck for some reason (hit a few). I’m hoping this light will let them see me coming and let me see them sooner.

Nice! Whats the brand? Looks good tucked in there between the two hooks. Honestly I think it looks better than a two row in there. Truck looks great man, all around. Really like what you've done .

Actually have looked into getting this exact bar. Thanks!
I really liked the blacked out look of it since my goal was to have it “blend in” as much as possible.

Looks nice, love the tow hooks with the sport bumper. Yes the dealer drls do allow for fogs and drls at full brightness.

I started a thread about this after having just picked up my 2018 Sport. Still can't believe a 2018 $52,000 doesn't have them or at least the option to turn them on.

I’m not sure if the genie works on the 2018, they had a 20% off during Black Friday

I installed these to use as DRL's. Wired them to light when the engine is running. No switches needed. $95.00 is the most reasonable I could find to do this.IMG_7911.JPG
