Interesting. My front ones are covered and back open, which I assumed the previous owner did. So they came from the factory like this? I wonder the reason for that.

yep mine cam from the factory like that. not really sure why, maybe they forgot to cut them or maybe they just make them like that for whatever reason. i don't really need them but i would like to have them all open but i know if i cut it myself it'd look horrible and i don't really care enough to pay someone to do it
