I found a used one last year for around $50 and bought a new switch. Love the OEM controller, but is a pain getting screws in, otherwise it's great.

It wasn't that bad. I just used a gear wrench made it easy. 2 top screws just went through by the radio.

I got 1 in and used zip ties, pulled muscle in neck a few times trying to see up in there, sucked lol. May depend if you have a console or not, I don't have the jump seat, I have the floor console. But has worked excellent and using the OEM controller you also get the added benefit of electronic sway control.

On my old tow vehicle, I had a Tekonsha aftermarket brake control. It worked fine, but was a bit harsh at times. With the stock RAM unit, it is very smooth and is a dream to use. Great find!
