Those could be tip offs that it's a Canadian truck.. but if you look at mine it has both and it was a PA truck...lolOne of the first clue's to a Canuck truck would be the daytime running lights /DRL's,by law Canadian spec'd trucks will all have DRL's,and look for a block heater cord,unless the truck was sold in the Vancouver/lower mainland area,there's a good chance it'll have a block heater and the attendant cord for it
Actually I think the tip off would be the speedometer in the Canadian trucks I think are prevalently in KM/h vs MPH. They are both on the speedo, just one is more dominant. It's unlikely a dealer would drop a new cluster in, a gauge overlay maybe.
Maybe some Canadian truck owners could post up a pic of their speedo to confirm or deny this
