Anything is possible, you're just gonna be doing (or paying someone to do) a lot of fab work

If you want to turbo charge your '06, finding a pre engineered kit will be easier and cheaper.
The turbo on EcoDiesel is variable geometry. The parameters which this turbo is designed to run are probably way outside what your engine is even built to withstand. Just driving on the freeway it's common for me to see 10-15 psi of boost and if I'm towing it will go into the 20's.
