I'm sure it's been asked before but I can't find it. I bought a new edge cts2 evolution today. I tried installing the update but it said there isn't an update for it. So I proceeded to plug it into my truck and it said that it doesn't recognize my trucks stock tune and I need to update it. I even pulled the radio fuse. Everything works like it should except for the tune programming. When I open the performance button on the display there is nothing there. There should be 4 options for different tunes but all it has is error. I don't get it. Truck is a 2012 ram 2500 heavy duty with the 5.7. Any help is appreciated.
