Just a heads up, removing or disabling emissions equipment on a street-driven truck can violate emissions laws depending on where the truck is registered, so it’s worth checking local regulations before doing anything. From a mechanical standpoint though, most people doing an egr valve and cooler delete system usually pair the physical parts with tuning because the ECM expects those systems to still be there. Without proper calibration changes, the truck will often throw codes or go into reduced-power modes.

Pretty sure we all know that, and find ways around it to have a reliable and long lasting truck. This Government allows all kinds of EPA violations such as data centers, but expect us to sit quietly under their thumb. It doesn't work that way.
