Electric running boards

Is anyone having problems with their electric running boards? My 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie is acting up claiming that there is an obstruction and sometimes doesn't open or open partialy

have you cleaned them from mud or debris? most guys here say silicone works best to lubricate them.

the "obstruction" means it's using too much power to extend them, as if something in blocking or stopping them from extending
