I have owned a 95 Dodge ram 1500 v6 manual model for a little over 2 years now. First year was great. Second year not so much. It developed a problem where you could only drive it for maybe 15 miles and it would sputter no matter how hard you stepped on the gas. Once pulled over you could hear what sounded like popping through the intake or exhaust I'm not too positive. So I decided that maybe I had a failing lifter so I replace the lifters. After changing the lifters it was good for I want to say 150 miles but after that the problem returned. I did the aluminum plenum plate replacement, new timing chain and gears new HV oil pump new iac sensor new pcv valve and cleaned up the fuel injectors. New orings sprayed out and new plastic tips. Also got some advice it could be the O2 sensor so I replaced it with an ngk I wanna say and even went as far as a new catalytic converter. The only other thing I could think of is maybe the fuel pump. Any tips or advice of where I should look next?

I would start with a compression test and a fuel pressure test and let us know what the results are.
