hemis from 2003-2008 could be from a jeep or a 1500 ect just make sure it does not have MDS you will know by seeing the solenoids under the intake. Whats wrong with your current engine?

Current engine overheated, and I think it dropped a valve seat. It has a persistent P0303. I've tried all the most likely issues according to ProDemand - Bad injector, bad spark plugs, bad spark plug wires. Put a borescope into #3 (and #1, for comparison), and can see where some debris had been banging around. Also the ground on the plugs in #3 had been mashed up. Replaced them. Borescope also showed valve seal damage on the exhaust valve, and the compression is low (75). OK, I can live with one cylinder being low.
So, I finally gave up and took it to a shop, telling them what I've already done. They called me back, saying they found metal shavings in the oil. Recommended not putting more money into this engine, and installing a replacement.

Any 03-08 2500/3500 and 03 1500 5.7 will be a plug & play drop in (no MDS, no EGR). The 03 engine will require use of your intake manifold, as the 03's is slightly different and uses different injectors. 04-05 1500 engines will work but you'll need to block off the EGR ports since your 2500 doesn't have it. 06-08 1500 engines have both EGR and MDS, so you'd need to block off the EGR ports. Luckily, the default mechanical position for MDS is off; without a computer capable of activating it, it'll never engage. Just ensure you leave everything in place (do not pull the solenoids).
