Anyone put a Flowmaster super 44 on thier truck recently? Thought aabout buying one but wanted inputs first. Thanks.

welcome to RF. there is a sticky at the top of the engine and performance section with sound clips of members different exhausts that you can check out while waiting for others to chime in on this thread.

I had a flow master super 44 on my last truck. 3.7l v6, it was just loud, I didn't feel any performance gains or anything. I now have a 18 inch magna flow muffler, and I like it WAY more than the flowmaster. I felt more gains than the 44.

I have FM 40's and love he sound and felt gains. Not to loud but people know its running and when I mash the gas.

I have Borla xs pro with 2 1/2" exhaust to 3 1/2 or 4" tubes. Nice deep sound seems to help with throttle response too. Something different then the Flowmasters or Magnaflows.

I just bought the MBRP dual system for mine, currently getting ceramic coated since I don't like rust but looks very quality made, will be posting vids on YouTube of the sound when it's installed

i have a borla exhaust and it sounds ba but i recently disconnected my muffler to see what it sounds like and it sounded so good i kept it and i am making a custom pipe for a muffler delete try it if not you could put it back on

Just put on long tubes 3" off road y and dumped super 44. Love it. And its def loud
