Exhaust flange bolt removal

Does anyone have any tips for removing them? Trying to swap exhausts on a 97 1500 3.9L but the bolts + aluminum clip washers? just spin when trying to remove the nut. I tried to hold the bolt in place with needlenose vise grips and didn't have any luck either. Last resort is cutting them off but figured I'd see if anyone had any tricks before doing that. Anyone?

Can you not get a wrench on the nut? and a socket on the other end.

Had the same problem, this is a 2 person job, ratchet, socket, and very long extension from the top to hold bolt, other person under truck with ratchet to remove the nut.

I just reached up with a box end wrench then used an impact with a long extension from the bottom
