2020 2500 6.7 Limited. 25k miles. Getting a message "Exhaust Service Required, see dealer". What the heck does that mean??

What did you do to resolve this issue, currently stuck along the freeway 800 miles from home and this message popped up again after towing into the dealership to solve it the first time. They replace the fuel filter and said everything is fine, 3 hours down the road and I’m stuck again.
