I don't, I thought for sure I could find one on rock auto (that's where I got the one for my 5.7 2500) but nothing

Please double check the measurements but usually the delete pipes for those years are 4 inch diameter. also its pretty straight especially in the rear section before the axle where mufflers are typically mounted on pickups. in my opinion you could easily mount pretty much any reasonably sized center in-center out muffler
go to your local medium/heavy duty truck garage they should have what you need and be able to install it if you want
