Do you know if these stick out of the bumper at all?

You would be able to adjust them. Its all in where you clamp them on at and where you cut on your factory piping. I'd measure 21" from where you want them to stick out and cut off. Give you 3" going into the exhaust tip inlet to clamp down on.

Pages and pages of searching through ebay. They are made by PYPES at the time I couldn't find anything about them on their site or anything. But the label is pretty evident wit product number and everything

You just go to www.paypal.com
Create an account and link your bank account or credit card. Then you would just go to send money and send it to the email I use and I will receive it immediately.
Paypal is ridiculously handy I have bought plenty of stuff with it and if you send it for goods not by gift it has buyer protection to contest stuff.

I'm thinking 115.00 shipped will be as low as I'm gonna go.

Are these Larger then the stock dual tips?

Still for sale and yes stocks are like 4" these are 5" and the 5" section is longer so you don't see the dinky little tip stuck on there
