Exterior mirror doesn't dim or defrost

Anyone have any issues with outside mirrors not dimming or defrosting? My inside mirror and my PS exterior mirror both dim but the DS mirror doesn't dim at all and seems to defrost very slowly compared to the PS mirror.

I called my dealer and they never heard of such an issue. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Could be a loose connection or a bad mirror. The puddle lamps and turn signals work fine.

Driver mirror Defrost Issue

My Driver side mirror will not defrost either. The rear window is acting up a bit as well, but i'm not sure if it IS actually working or not. The weather JUST got bad here in Texas, and i drove for about 45 minutes with the defrost on and the back defrosted slowly, but the driver mirror was COMPLETELY left covered in ice.

The glass can fail and not defrost anymore. There is a little heater grid built in, just like a rear window.

Sounds like an electrical connection issue to me...

I ended up having my mirror glass replaced under warranty and all was fine. However, I just had the dealership install a MOPAR back up cam and now I think my side mirrors are not dimming properly. I haven't checked defrost yet but I may have a slight issue related to the back up cam install?
