With only two posts in 5 years of being registered on the board, obvious the OP is only about taking and not giving back and being part of the community.

I believe the OP is trying to Lemon Law his 2015 dually, not the 2006. Sounds like he has a lot of cars.

Yeah, sounds like he just came here- not to necessarily to *****, but to tell us all about his situation. Sucks tho, I’d be madder’n a midget tryin’ to yo yo if I was him. Spend all that money on a specially ordered pickup and it get here being more sour than any lemon I’d ever seen.

Fair enough, but still... pretty sure Lemon Law is time-limited - if I remember right, some states only limit it to a ridiculous time period, like 90 days (not sure about Canada, though.) Even the most liberal time allotment for Lemon Law I can't see stretching past 3-6 months...

I dunno, it’s hard to find reputable information but from what I can tell, Oklahoma is like 4 years and I have no idea on mileage.

Oklahoma is 1 year. Like I said at the beginning of this most states are in the 1-2 year range so the OP is probably SOL.

If you get that riled up over some good natured ribbing, I'd hate to see what happens when someone insults you.

I fat finger plenty of stuff, but the G ain't that close to the N or S for cummings to be a fat finger job, and using the wrong word completely, like passed when it should be past, well, no fat finger there either, and dooley instead of dually...who knows. We didn't even get into capitalization or it really being aisin vice aisan.

Yes, we all know what he meant, but were poking fun at the mistakes cuz we all make them from time to time.

May be best for your health if you sell your computer & smart phone so you aren't tempted to visit any forum or website where someone may be poking fun at someone else.

I would definitely agree he is well passed any mileage or time limits regarding a lemon law case.
I did have a lemon law case back about 10 years ago. My vehicle was over 30 days for the same problem. Bad engine from new. The dealership I bought it from kinda hid a problem from me when I went to pick it up. Any how, after I owned the vehicle, I noticed a performance issue. Took it to my local dealer and eventually the engine was replaced.
Only thing I asked before hand was, will I get a new engine or a rebuilt? I was assured it would be “new”.
When I went to pick up the truck, it ran fine. ( F150 Harley Davidson Edition with a supercharged 5.4 )
I didn’t receive any paperwork when the truck was released back to me. Service manager told me to take the truck and he would call me when it was ready.
When I finally got the paperwork a couple of weeks later, guess what it said about the engine?
Yup...Rebuilt!
Then I started a lemon law case. I was a little upset that my brand new Limited Edition truck now had a rebuilt engine.
It took 9 months, and actually the next day, I would have had to go to some special court in Philadelphia for a hearing with Ford & my lemon law lawyer. At about 4:30, I received a phone call from the lawyer. It was settled and I would get $8,500. It was over. Following week I traded it away.
