Gonna be a few weeks- rins and tires haven't shipped yet( no email with tracking yet) and the lift ki is coming from pro comp im california. Then sxhedule the install

Curious is i plan on setting the 5100's at 2.1 if I will need to add a rear spacer to keep level. I would think I should be able to use the .75 that's on it now. The front is 2-2.5 can't remember what the kit was. I want to say it's 2.5" so I would think rear spacer would be needed

Stopped in 4wheel parts today and they will not install bilsteins with the lift kit. They said a few reasons: liability and the truck will will no ride right and no way to get caster correct. They have tried before and on a guys truck as they couldn't get it aligned and killed his 2,000 tires. Will see how it looks with the lid kit on and go from there. Could take that 200.00 and buy a speedo healer I guess

That's too bad , looks like your back to 9" of lift right ?
If so it'll still look great !

I haven't heard of any one saying the bils giving any problems with alignment ? Only issues I've heard was setting the @ 2.8 on 2014s and having ball joint issues ..

see people are using them with big lodt applications. Don't know if they are having issues or not. Inknow my leveling kit is 2.5" up front 3/4 rear and have had issues. Snapped two half axels and get the wobble is 4wd. I have had front end basically completely replaced before 55,000 miles

I thought you couldn't have a spacer kit and Bils at the same time...

I'm running a rcx kit with bils at 2.1 and took a alignment just fine

??? Never heard of that before mine are maxed and no alignment issiues

Yeah I have talked to a few guys on other sites and they said there shouldn't be an issue of they know what they are doing and not being lazy.

Thanks for the heads up guys. rims and tires will be here Thursday. Lift is scheduled for install mon-tuesday. Should I hold off on alignment until I install bilsteins which won't be until end of the month

Get the alignment , then feel it out and get another , post BILS install if you see fit

May just do that as not sure where im Gonna set bils and if and what rear spacer to use to level if I toss on bils. Damn wish someone had my exact setup so I knew and could just do it. Oh well it will be done 100% by end of month
