I have been trying all summer as a goal of mine to get my truck to make a 12 sec pass in the middle of the summer. It ran a 12.54 @ 108 last winter in -1000 da but have been averaging 13.0-13.1's in 2000-2500 da. The da last night was 2100. Thanks to the addition of Core upper & lower control arms which cut out the wheel spin I had on the 1-2 shift I did it last night. Everything I do is on stock RT 22's so its a little harder than doing it w/ track wheels/tires.

This summer I have went to the track pretty much every other weekend, won bracket racing & took the trophy home once & met my goal of a 12 sec pass in summer.....now I'm ready for some cool fall weather to be back in a few weeks to get back in the mid 12's.

Im vehicle #30 on the time slips

Impressive numbers for a ~5000lb truck with essentially intake, muffler, tune and suspension work.

Thats awesome congrats! Very impressive! I know of a certain Canadian r/t with a Arrington 448 that only ran a mid 12 this weekend at Milan in Michigan. Congrats on a factory beast!

Congrats Gary..........have any idea if the Core upper & lower control arm would help with wheel spin on a 4-inch lifted 4x4 with 35" tires.

Thanks guys. That 11 sec pass on #28 is Matt Brown. He has a whipple, fbo, forged rotating assembly 2017 RT. He ended up running a 11.1 last night. It was a fun night. There was quite a few ram guys there

I'm sure they would. They are night & day on my truck. They cut the wheel spin I had down by over half I would say. I'm suprised & impressed by them to say the least.

You've sold me on the core products.

I don't drag race but I do experience wheel hop if I floor the truck on asphalt. Gets annoying when it shakes the truck. It can be violent at times

They are worth it. I wanted to do a review of them b/c these trucks are a pain in the ass & expensive to get the rear suspension to work properly, expecially after lowered. I have spent a ton of money & time testing out everything you can imagine on the rear suspension. If I can help someone in the right direction w/o spending tons of money on the wrong parts then I'm happy

Thanks Rick. Yea I think that will be 1 of my next moves. You know my feelings on the aftermarket ds. I think I'm going to get some stock 17's for up front & stock 20" Sport wheels w/ 305/50 Nitto 420's for the back. It will look goofy but I dont care, its just for the track. That way I have lighter wheels up front & more sidewall in the back

To bad you weren't a little closer,i have a spare set of the lighter style factory 17's with 275/60 Toyo Proxies on them that you could try out + a set of them bare with no tires. You want goofy,my rear rims are 17 Mickey Thompsons with my drag radials mounted on them, they don't come anywhere close to looking like the 20" Sport rims on the front, but i'm like you, they only get mounted on the truck at the track, lol.
