You can find a flat area to drill a hole in the firewall then use a cable gland. I'll see if I still have the pics of that install then post a follow up.

I ran wires thru a cable that already went thru the firewall, i poked a hole in the boot and snakes thru
Did the same on my 2021 Ram 2500 when I installed the in car warmer and ran the extension cord out to the front where the block heater plug is so I could plug them both in at the same time.

I started another thread about this same thing in a 2021 RAM BigHorn but then I was directed here.
I am new to RAM so don't take off on me.
Can you help me out a little more, can you tell me where is the Feed-Thru located, I'm assuming around the steering column but knowing where helps.

Mine is a 2500, 2021 so may be different but there were three spots that had cables/Electrical looms already going through the firewall, all of them close to the steering wheel. One was up and left, the other was the throttle cable and I don't recall what the thrid one was. Easiest to spot them from inside the cab, poke an ice pick through the grommet beside the cable, push the wire through and then put a small dab of silcione. Try NOT to use a knife blade, the round hole the pick makes doesn't tear out or spread.

You can see where i passed mine through. It is actually the park brake cable pass through If you look straight up from there you can see another pass through with nothing in it. You can see the steering wheel linkage just to the right.

if you look right below the steering column, there is a rubber nipple

that nipple was put there, in case someone needed to run wiring into the cab, just cut a bit of the tip off.
When the wires are in place, silicone the hole closed

I went through the Firewall using the grommet on the left side of the Steering Wheel.

Thankfully I had enough cable to run from the Switch Control Panel to the Control Box via the only route I could find. Center Console to just past the Steer Wheel and then to the passenger-side of the engine bay.

All the LED lights connected to the system are working, 2 KC's, 2 Auxbeam, Light Bar, rear lighting, and two additional Relays that actuate.

Thanks for all of the information.

Now the backup lights.
