Hey Guys and Gals!
I'm Rick, I'm currently living in North Dakota, but I am born, bred, and raised from Western Montana. 29 years old, and this not just my first Dodge truck, but it is in face the FIRST Truck I've owned period. My experience comes in the form of AWD cars, and Mazda RX-7's. I've been an import guy all of my life, but it is time to set aside the toys, and build me a damn fine tool.
I will post pics as I have time, I run on a somewhat truncated timetable. But the bare info is as such.
2004 RAM 1500 5.7L 4WD Crew Cab
100% Stock Minus the Stereo (I changed that on day 1 in the lot of the dealer)
Gold w/ Tan interior, though VERY clean. The truck named ZOMBKLR will be my first undergoing modifying trucks. Mechanically and electronics wise, I will likely be fine, though I will have brand specific questions from time to time.
Where I will need most help is in the suspension and wheels department. What looks good? What's the tightest I can fit? So on so forth. So as that time comes along, I will do plenty of reading, but I will admit I am used to dropping cars to the floor (coil overs, sway bars, frame bracing, camber kits, the like) more so than raising them to touch god.
I look forward to being a part of the community, and hope to make some good friendships here. Because if I don't, and the Zombie Apocalypse does occur, if you're not on my side......well, that's why the plates say ZOMBKLR.
