Front end noise

I took my 2013 1500 Ram to the dealer on Wednesday for the "ESP recall", pretty much just a computer update. The following day I start to here a thump or more like a plastic hitting plastic sound coming from the front right wheel area. I here it when I go over small bumps or at a low speed rocking the steering wheel back and forth. I don't here it sitting still rocking the steering wheel back and forth. I looked underneath, retorqued the lug nuts, didn't see anything unusual. I know the recall shouldn't have anything to do with it but it seems funny I didn't here it until the day after I left the dealer.

Any ideas??

Check the plastic fender well above your tire. Could have come loose

Mine was missing all the inner fender clips on the rear of my truck and two of the bolts that hold on the bed(2013 2500)

I took it back to the dealer today and I was able to get them to hear what I was hearing. They said they checked everything in the front right side, ball joint, sway bar links, couldn't find anything loose. The sound almost sounds like it is coming from the A-piller area and not the front wheel. So the tech thinking it might be the weather stripping drying out sprayed everything with some 3m silicone. They test drove it and couldn't duplicate the sound. Fixed? Not so fast, it took me about 5 mins down the road and the noise was back.
I'll be calling them back tomorrow.
