Front sport bumper and grill swap

I have a 2011 1500 Sport, and I've been searching everywhere but have not been able to find.

I want to swap my front bumper and grill for a 2013-2019 also Sport.
Has anyone done this?
2009-2012 sport to 2013-2019 front bumper and grill swap?

What I'm trying to find out, is it plug and play? Are brackets different?
I know the fog lights have to be different some how, but I'm planning to buy a grill and complete bumper, that way I have everything. But is it as easy as that?

Is the absorber or brackets different?

Please, if anyone has done this, or has pictures or video, I'll greatly appreciate it

I did it to mine. I have a 2016. Swap both plastic bumpers for chrome. Are you doing the same think?
