Bumpers - Will this Work?

I bought chrome bumper to bling up my Tradesman a bit. Looks to me like it should work, but after looking at some vids I now know that there are a few different bumpers. Looks the same, but hate to pull the old one off and find out differently. Geez there sure seems to be a lot more stuff bolted on to that thing than I ever would have thought. So the grill has to come out right? What about the plastic filler plate between the bumper and the grill? Does the filler come out with the bumper?

Some Tradesman models came with chrome bumpers and a black cap so yours would look the part! Someone on here will know your answer. But to me, at a glance it seems the right one, as you say…….
