Front struts 2014

K, so. I have a wrecked 2008 ram which prior to the head on collision I had sunk $1000 in parts into the truck, the 08 had brand new struts rotors and brake all round, so my question is are any of those parts conveniently compatible with my newer 2014 ram both are half ton trucks I ask this because looking at parts online I’m stressed to find literally any differences between the parts all the bolts and brackets look identical. If anyone has any experience/knowledge let me know thanx

I hate to be a negative nancy, but unfortunately, I don't think so. By looking at various parts websites for struts, the model range year starts at 2009, with the 4th gen body style. Your best bet may be to resell them. You won't make back what you spent on them, just like 99% of vehicles and parts, but at least you'd recoup something.
