I use my truck for Hotshot. It's a 1ton non cab and chassis with a 68rfe. I already had it rebuilt at 148,000. I just went over 170,000 miles. I don't have any issues with the front end components. I was told by several people that it is a good idea to replace parts every 2 to 2&1/2 years due to the abuse that these trucks take. I am looking for aftermarket parts that will hold up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Don't want the most expensive stuff, but I don't mind paying for quality.
