Hello all,
3 year ago i bought a new 2017 larami dodge ram 3500 with a cummins 6.7.
3 month after owning the truck, went to the fuel station and accidentally pump gasoline instead of diesel with a ratio of 50%. drove for about 60 miles, and immediately topped it with diesel until i reached home and pump all the tank, replaced fuel filters.
Since then i drove 45k miles with a light ticking noise.
Using launch 431x pro mini scan tool i was able to disable the number 6 injector and the engine noise changed making me understand the injector is defected.
So - now i'm looking for one or six injectors, but having a hard time to decide whether i should buy 1 OEM injector or 6 remanufactured.
has anyone had any experience using remanufactured injectors?
where is the best place to buy good injectors.
