Fuel pump cutout

I live in the rust belt, and it would be a nightmare to drop the tank does anyone know where you cut the bed to get a perfect access to the fuel pump, and no the bed itsnt worth much

It’s a 09 ram 1500 5.7 hemi

Easier to take the bed off....four bolts and disconnect the wiring harness to to the back and fuel filler...
