Gascap light on...

So I've had 2 gas caps now not including the stock cap...and its still on...WTF...Just the little light in the odometer...no other lights..

Was the gas cap light added to the cluster after 05? Don't have one on my 04. Any codes?

Its not an actual light...its on the odometer...says "gascap"

It went off now...took it off and put it back on...it seems to do this for a week or so then goes away
