gauge cluster replaced now steering wheel controls dont work

Hi all, replaced my cluster with a 2011 cluster and now my steering wheel controls dont work or the horn, do I need to have the cluster reprogrammed?

Your truck is older but the symptoms are similar. Maybe take a look at this?

Radio install help

Hello all. I just had an aftermarket radio installed JVC KW-M780BT, with Maestro RR, and Maestro CH3 by Best Buy. Everything works except the left steering wheel cluster, horn, and audio controls on back of steering wheel. The right steering wheel cluster works fine (cruise control, etc)...
