How do I know what gears are in my hemi??

From what has been said here there will either be a sticker on the axle around the differential case or in your glovebox.

Or jack the back of the truck up and count the revs of the tire vs the revs of the driveshaft.

It's on your window sticker when you bought your truck if you bought it new. Most likely they are in the high 3's.

My 3.7l had 3.92s. Now my Hemi has 3.55s. Although there is a huge engine size difference, i could feel the difference in how quick the truck gets moving.

3.92's would be great, but yes, for gas mileage, some have 3.55's...like mine

you have 3.55 gears in your hemi unless otherwise stated. if you didnt see it on the window sticker then it will be posted somewhere else such as others have said. if you dont see anything at all, then its 3.55 gears

I liked the 3rd gens........oh, truck came with 20s? 3.92s.
