Getting 35's to fit with level kit

Ok, so I'd like to fit 35's if at all possible. What size rim and offset and has anyone done it with the Bilstein 5100's. I am looking at all terrain tires bfgoodrich ect. Any rub or did they clear? Pics would also be awesome.

If you like your current wheels just throw on BORA 1.5" wheel adaptors and set your bils at 2.1 or higher.
