Suspension: Time to take my Rebel to next level

Time to take my Rebel to next level, looking for suggestions. Live in the northeast so more rock crawling vs highspeed dunes, but needs to also be capable to run dunes as a plan to make a trip down there.

Current setup is:

2021 Ram Rebel 1500 Level 2

Front:
Bilstein 6112
Icon UCA

Rear:
Bilstein 5160
Icon Dual Rate HD springs
Hellwig rear sway bar

Here are the 2 setups I am debating but open to other suggestions:

1. Swap in Carli performance kit with Core 4x4 rear arms and Thuren track bar

2. Keep what I have, upgrade to 8112/8100 and add Core 4x4 rear arms and Thuren track bar

I am send it type of guy on and off the road. Want to go from basically 34”s to 35” and open to swapping out my 18” rims with 0 offset to 18 or 20” with -12 offset.

Appreciate any insight from everyone.
