Thread dedicated to POSITIVE experiences by Ram owners and their dealers! Far too many negative remarks; let’s strike some balance.
First off — I bought my 18 PW and ran into 8.4 Bluetooth lockup. I brought it to the dealer, and I let @RamCares know. It took weeks to get the replacement radio to reach the dealer. The dealer tracked me down via cellphone after weeks of reaching my voicemail. I was pissed. Why was it taking so damn long to get the radio. Turns out, I put the dealer’s 800 number on block. My service guru from Mac Haik, Georgetown CDJR called me from his cellphone stating this radio has to go back. Had he not taken the extra step to call me from his cell, I would have been out who knows how long.
Hats off to Robert at Mac Haik. I am VERY happy with this dealer.
Let’s hear YOUR positive dealer experience. If you wanna gripe, share it somewhere else.
