GM Pausing Truck Builds at Silao Plant

Looks like GM is putting a two week hold on building both Silverado and Sierra 1500 models at its Mexican plant in both July and August. Are they making more moves to shift manufacturing away from Mexico because of tariffs?

I think this may be a financial issue as there is a lot of sitting inventory and the L87 recall can't be cheap.

It is customary to shut down for re-tooling and equipment maintenance every year but this appears to be an extended period.
