Good deeds/show off opportunity

So today I was out driving and saw two old timers trying to pull out a tree with an old ranger. After I ran my errand I passed back by to see them swinging axes to try to loosen the tree up some more.
I couldn't just go home with a clear conscious so I decided to stop and help them out. All I did was hook up and the rest, well, pictures can say it all

Nice. Just jump starts for me, almost hooked up to a semi that had a low boy high centered but we got a tractor took some weight off it and pushed with it. I wanted to show them What 4lo and a hemi had to offer!

I haven't ripped any trees out but I've helped lots of people move and bring home furniture, and got 9 people home in 2 trips during a bad ice storm last winter when their cars wouldn't get out the parking lot.

I carry a jumper pack in my truck, I help out tonnes of people with it; plus the small tool kit has been used several time on the side of the road for anything from a tire swap to changing alternators.

great comments guys. I love helping people when time and situations allow and doing it in the Ram just makes it that much better/ I bought a few extra bags of cat litter last year during the ice storms and helped break some people out of some ice and this year i pulled a semi out of a dock and tore down a tree. usually its just grocery getting and work driving, but putting her to work is always fun.

Lets keep the good deeds thread running and post up some pics, maybe we can get a new sticky out of it lol!

Nice work. I have not pulled out any trees yet but last winter I helped get others cars out by pulling them out. Nothing is wrong with helping people and there needs to be more of this.

Tried to help a guy get unstuck from being buried up to the frame in sand. Almost had him then out then my front right cv joint exploded. Still got him out though and got it covered under warranty.

Yikes! Confirmed what I had feared the front cv's in these trucks are tiny!
But nice job!

Bilsteins set to level? Might have placed extra stress on the CV joints..happened to me a couple of times.

I've got them set at 2.1 I think my mistake was trying to pull I'm out in reverse in the sand while gunning it. something had to break haha but it was the only way I could get at him with the equipment we had. I looked into some high angle cv's but $800 is a bit pricy right now. It's all good though because hopefully after tax season ill have a new bumper and winch

I was behind another pickup the other day on my way to work...the only thing he had on the rear of the truck was a huge window decal that said "YES I HAVE A TRUCK, NO I WONT HELP YOU MOVE".

I definitely should have taken a picture.
