This Coronet was a barn find. 1 of 5 convertibles with a white interior made it's year.

Thanks for sharing! That convertible that's only 1 of 5 made like that is the kind of stuff I really love. Makes you wonder what happened to the other 4....may all be in junk yards somewhere and that's the only one still on the road. Pretty neat piece of history.

I've always been a fan of the Chargers too...man makes me want a classic!

Yeah that Coronet was found in Iowa. The couple saw it sitting by a barn in 2005 (I think). Farmer was hesitant. Didn't want to sell it then. They decided to go back in 2006 a year later and see if it was still there and it was. Talked to the farmer again and he decided he would part ways with it. Went through a full on restoration. They found the car was original and got the build sheet. Found it was 1 of 5 with that combination of options. Amazing stuff, love learning the stories behind the cars. They had a book of pictures chronicling the build.

On another note, Budakane thank you for your service. Hope these pictures gave you something to pass the time.

Not sure. I think you can show your newer car but you just can't compete in the Autocross Competition. Autocross timed competitions have a cutoff. Sundays you can take any car but it's not a competition.
