Grey interior plastics to replace my khaki colored ones

Im looking to replace all the plastics on the interior of my truck, door panels, seat belt buckle parts, a-pillars, everything.

Think it would be cheaper to have everything painted white professionally then buying all new plastics. I also want to get black seat belts to replace the khaki colored belts.
