sooooooo irritating...anybody else close their hood and the grill rattles for like 2 seconds after? Gotta fix this....any ideas???

I believe mine does after shutting it..., not while driving though lol.

Yeah same here, doesnt seem like an issue. Unless you have rattling while driving, then id look into that lol

Add Mass. That's the only way you'll fix it.
Sound deadener on the inside of the grill shell?

Its because the grill itself is just mounted topside of the hood and never touches anything. I hardly pay attention to it now that you say that and my hood is up alot.

Check the metal bracket behind your grille and make sure the bolts are tight. My 04 did the same thing.

Mine was doing this for a while, I found out that there are two rubber bumpers near the bottom next to the headlights... mine were dry rotted and bent sideways... I bought the parts from the dodge dealers for like $20 and haven't had a problem with it since

if you look at the picture, at the bottom left corner of the driver side headlight... there is a little black rubber piece sticking out. this is what I had to replace

mine does it when i close it. gives it a nice cheap feeling. i dont think it does it while driving, couldnt hear it over the plethora of suspension noises ive been having
