Grille Guard

So I bought my first truck this weekend, she is a beauty. I am looking for a good grille guard and I wanted to see if anyone had any recomendations. I was looking at the Aries Powder Black (http://www.autotrucktoys.com/ram/Aries-Off-Road-Dodge-Ram-Black-Powdercoat-Brush-Guard-PRD25694.aspx) one since the truck is black, I want to go with the all black look, make it look aggresive and deadly. Any recomendations/suggestions?

Well if you're going to get one for looks, I would get the lightest one on the market to keep you front end clearance up, your performance up, and your mileage up.

If you're going to be pushing cows and small trees out of your way, cutting your own path threw a forest, I would pick the all in one heavy duty steel bumper/grill guard combination.

Either way it should look nice in power coat black. GL

I know Westin also has some nice grille guards for your truck. But if you are not into off-roading, bullbars are a great accessory to consider. You can also add extra lights on a bullbar.

If you want real strength look at a ranch hand. Anything that bolts together won't be very strong. Just for looks. Cattleman HD also makes a beefy grill guard.

I have been looking at the Westin HDX myself. Lots of steel for the price. Plus it has one of the best headlight wrap around designs IMO.

Westin HDX are really nice, I've installed a lot of them. Probably the best quality brush guard I have installed yet.

Very nice guard although I personally am gonna get one with no bars over the headlights but a cross section in the middle of the grille.

For now its just looks, but it will become practical soon. So something that serves both purposes.
