Guage cluster not working

So I just pulled the dash to change the evap core and now That I out it all back together the headlights and taillights stay on 24/7 when the key is in the ignition. And I can't turn them off I can't turn on my overhead lights or off and my guage cluster does not work the only thing working is my millage shown and my power locks do not work I plugged everything back the way it goes. but when hooking up the battery one of the negative cable fell out. I checked the dieses but didn't see anything popped but then again it's midnight and I can't see ****. Tomorow I'm over looking everything again, and hopefully i dont need to pull the dash again

You either missed a connection or bent a pin or two while reconnecting plugs. I’d pull the dash again and make sure all is well. Also add some dielectric grease to all connectors/connections, clean your grounds, etc, etc.

I did the guage cluster test and got a code back that says hr5818. any idea what that is? I've tried googling it and noting. also now I can not start the truck anymore, get nothing wont turnover

Something is loose or unplugged or corroded, broken etc etc. going to need to take that dash back out man. Definitely missed something in there.

Okay I left to pick up a friend to help me and I just thought I'd give it a try to start the truck up, and it started right up with all the guages working again but my headlight and brakes lights are still on, and my obd2 port doesn't work, my airbag light, abs and brake lights are on as well, still no power locks as well. Also I do not get the square telling me what gear I am in either. Still gonna re look over all my connections. Just thought I'd update going to check the fuse box first and see if any fuses blew with this daylight
