H1 hi beam bulbs

I upgraded my ebay halogen projector low beam bulbs with LED. Now I am looking to upgrade the H1 high beam bulbs. Preferably stay with halogen. Who makes the brightest H1 bulb?

I have an 2011 I thought if you had projectors it already had HID?
