Hail damage to hood.

Gent/Ladies, So my 2016 Ram 1500 got hit by hail. Only a few dings to the roof but hood suffered about 25 or so dings. My downfall is I had just gone with a new insurance company And they said they can not cover it because They had not received the paperwork back with my signature. So a few days laps where I wasn't fully insured.

So my question is should I suck up all the PDR cost to repair the hood or just suck up the cost and buy a sport hood and have it paint matched? This is now delaying my want to get tires and wheels for the truck.

Your agent should never have let this happen I would start by going back to them ...

Personally, I had to have the Sport hood ... No brainer for me

What is the difference in price? A good PDR guy will make it look brand new so the question becomes, just how bad do you want that sports hood??????

Bullcrap, an insurance company making a verbal claim of coverage for starting on whatever date should honor your claim as long as you got the signed paperwork back in a reasonable amount of time.

But they like jacking you around when you need them.
