halos come on with the parking lights. projectors provide low and high beams (not tied in with halos)

I don't think so........not out of the box anyway. I would assume that if they were wired in with a resistor or something......maybe?

they are a 12v connection, so you can hook 'em up to whatever!

Your headlights might just be installed on an emergency vehicle...Id want red and white halo...larger reds...the smaller ones white
