Harmonic balancer?

how can i tell if harmonic balancer is bad?
I have a vibration in park and when accelerating...
not suspension parts!

I don't know the year, model, etc so I'm kinda flying blind here. I'm not sure how you could determine this after the fact, unless it has TDC timing mark. what you can do is match mark the inner and outer rings, so you can visually see if it rotates more.

Verify it's not a degraded motor mount or misfire type problem. Cab mounts too. Can watch the balancer with a timing light and look for odd rotation
