Currently doing a camshaft job on a 2011 5.7 The hardest part is always getting that DAM harmonic balancer pulled off. I never wanted to spend $300 for the actual puller and after trying all different kinds of pullers over the past 20 engines. I finally found one that works! Its for a GM but it ripped it right off. I have only tried this on a 2011 style balancer I know they slightly change over the years.
